By using ProFunded, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Platform role
ProFunded provides tools for creating, discovering, supporting, and managing fundraising campaigns. ProFunded is not a bank, payment processor, escrow service, financial institution, or charity. Campaign organizers may provide supported payment instructions, and contribution records may be reviewed before appearing publicly.
User accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and using the platform lawfully. Accounts may be suspended or restricted if they are used for fraud, abuse, impersonation, or other prohibited conduct.
Entities and campaign creators
Campaign creators are responsible for the accuracy of entity information, campaign stories, images, updates, beneficiary details, payment instructions, and public claims. Creators must only publish campaigns they are authorized to manage.
Contributions
Supporters are responsible for reviewing campaign information and payment instructions before sending a contribution. The platform may request confirmation details to maintain transparency and prevent abuse. Public campaign totals may include only reviewed contribution records.
Prohibited campaigns and content
Users may not create campaigns or upload content involving fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, hate, harassment, exploitation, misleading claims, malware, unsafe files, or content that violates another person's rights. Uploaded files must follow platform rules and must not include executable, deceptive, or harmful content.
Moderation, reports, and takedowns
ProFunded may review, hide, pause, reject, remove, or restrict campaigns, entities, comments, reports, uploads, or accounts when needed to protect users, investigate reports, comply with legal obligations, or reduce abuse.
No guarantee
ProFunded does not guarantee that a campaign will raise funds, reach a target, receive support, or remain available at all times. Campaign outcomes depend on many factors outside the platform's control.
Fees
If platform fees are introduced or applied, they should be disclosed in the relevant product or campaign flow. Payment providers or financial institutions may apply their own fees outside ProFunded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ProFunded is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from campaign content, organizer conduct, supporter decisions, third-party payment services, or unauthorized use of accounts.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of ProFunded after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For questions, contact the ProFunded support team through the platform owner or administrator.
